Class schedule

At emerge, every client begins with Foundations — a four-session introductory course designed to help you build confidence, strength, and a solid understanding of Pilates movement.

In this early opening phase, all classes are Foundations sessions, so you’ll learn alongside others who are also starting their journey. Each small group includes up to four clients and meets once a week at the same time for four consecutive weeks.

Afternoon / Evening
4:30 PM
5:30 PM

Once clients complete their Foundations course, these same class times will transition into semi-private member sessions, allowing you to continue your practice in your reserved weekly spot.
