Class schedule

At emerge pilates, every client begins with Foundations, a four-session introductory course designed to help you build confidence, strength, and a solid understanding of Pilates movement.

In this early opening phase, all classes are Foundations sessions, so you’ll learn alongside others who are also starting their journey. Each small group includes up to four clients and meets once a week at the same time for four consecutive weeks. After completing the course, you’ll be invited to join a semi-private class that fits your schedule and level.
