Start here - 4 week introduction

Every new client at emerge pilates begins with a 4-Week Introduction. You’ll attend the same small-group session (maximum four clients) once per week for four consecutive weeks. This allows me to meet you, see how your body moves, understand your strengths and limitations, and begin programming in a way that supports you long-term.

It’s also an introduction to how we work at emerge, the rhythm, the equipment, and the progression model.

After completing the four weeks, you may continue into an ongoing semi-private cohort.

Placement & Waitlist

Because classes are intentionally limited to four clients, placement is managed individually.

If you’re interested in mornings or evenings, please join the waitlist and include your preferred day and time. I’ll reach out as openings become available or new blocks are scheduled.

These hours reflect our early opening schedule and will continue to evolve as the studio grows. Classes run once groups are full, and new times may be added based on demand.
