At emerge pilates, every membership is designed to give you structure, accountability, and results. You’ll book a regular weekly time slot so your practice becomes part of your routine no more “if I have time this week.” Your spot is yours.

emerge is different. When you join, you’ll choose a regular weekly time slot — your dedicated class. It’s reserved just for you. No scrambling for bookings, no wasted packs. Just the consistency you need to finally stick with it.

I created this studio because I know what it’s like to feel stuck and frustrated in your body — and I also know how powerful pilates can be when you actually show up and commit.

Emerge isn’t about squeezing in a random workout. It’s about building a routine that lasts, so you can feel stronger, more confident, and more capable every week.

  • One semi-private session each week at your reserved time slot. Billed bi-weekly.

  • Two reserved weekly sessions for consistent progress.

    Free 1:1 assessment to set goals, track progress, and fine-tune your practice (value $85).

    Foundations is a four-week program rather than four individual classes, and we recommend enrolling only if you’re able to attend most sessions.

Start with foundations

Every new emerge client begins with Foundations - a four-session semi-private reformer course that builds strength, confidence, and connection from the start.

Even if you’ve used a reformer before, Foundations allows us to understand your body, movement patterns, and goals so we can tailor your training. You’ll learn how to move safely and effectively while experiencing the focused, personalized approach that defines emerge.

During Foundations, you’ll:

  • Reconnect with your body and core movement principles.

  • Learn proper setup, alignment, and breathing for safe and efficient practice.

  • Build the foundation for long-term strength, mobility, and confidence.

    The Foundations Course ($140) consists of four weeks of semi-private reformer sessions, taken consecutively at the same weekly time.
