Semi-private evening classes in a small group of four - same focused, progressive approach as our daytime sessions, designed for people whose days don't free up until later.
The structure
A 4-week series, not a drop-in class.
Each group meets at the same time every week for four consecutive weeks. We build strength, control, and confidence week by week - the work layers, and so does the community.
This format exists because progress compounds when you show up to the same class with the same people, week after week. You'll know your group, your teacher will know you, and you'll actually feel the difference by week four.
$160 for four weeks - that's just $40 per session.
