Experience emerge pilates this December

Join a 50-minute semi-private reformer Pilates session for $25 and experience a calm, supportive environment designed to help you feel stronger, more aligned, and more confident in your body.

Each class includes up to four clients and uses the reformer to guide you through mindful, focused movement that meets you exactly where you are.

About the preview

December is a one-time Preview Month, giving you the chance to experience emerge pilates before memberships begin in January.

You’ll explore the studio, meet Natalie, and get a feel for the thoughtful, encouraging, progress-focused approach that makes emerge different.

How It Works

  • Arrive, settle in, and experience the space

  • If you love it, we will work together to find a regular spot when memberships open in January.
